Trick to change the win 7 logon screen background.....
>>open run
>>enter command regedit
>>then follow the path [ H K E Y _ L O C A L _M A C H I N E \ S O F T W A R E \ M i c r o s o f t \
W i n d o w s \ C u r r e n t V e r s i o n \ A u t h e n t i c a t i o n \ L o g o n U I \ B a c k g r o u n d ]
>>then double click the oembackground key
>>set value to 1
>>now head over to C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds ifinfo and backgrounds folder are not there then create it....
>>copy your image in backgrounds folder and rename it as background
>>Default IMAGE MUST BE OF JPG FORMAT AND LESS <= 256 KB
>>Reboot the system and then Hopefully works for all......
